Recording Studios in Phoenix
If Suitcase Recordings isn't the right fit for your project, there are several other great studios around town that I can recommend. Some of these are places I've freelanced at, some are friends (who do great work!) and a few are just places with good reputations, though I don't have any experience with them, personally.
Remember, there are a lot of factors that lead to a good working relationship, so spend some time finding the right recording studio for your project!
Audioconfusion - My good friend Jalipaz runs this place out in Mesa. He does really good work, especially with acoustic artists, including Andrew Jackson Jihad.
Porcupine Studios - A nice facility where I've done some freelance engineering. I've known these guys for 15 years, and they are stand up professionals. Great for post, audio for video, etc.
Living Head - This is a studio that's been around forever, and I know a lot of bands that worked there in the past. A cool space, with cool people.
